The Axiom’s Edge Sci Fi community is a collection of sites and forums covering science fiction and fantasy movies, television, books and more. We currently consist of the following sites:
AxiomsEdgeSciFi.com: A website covering science fiction, fantasy, and horror and also promoting the works of independent creators in the genre.
CancelledSciFi.com: Following the status of all the currently airing/streaming Sci Fi and Fantasy shows while also looking back at Sci Fi TV history.
Cult-SciFi.com: Looking Back at Cult Movies, TV Shows, Books, and More from the Worlds of Sci Fi, Fantasy, and Horror.
r/SciFiScroll: A forum to discuss science fiction, fantasy, and horror and also pass along news and updates from the genre. Some self-promotion is allowed there as well.

We here at Axiom’s Edge Sci Fi are trying to establish a sci fi community to celebrate and promote the genre, particularly the works of independent creators. We will be pursuing this goal in the following ways:
1. We want to promote independent sci fi as best we can. Whether it is books, comics, movies, web sites, web series, games, etc., we want to help independent creators get the word out about their works. We will allow you to submit one promotional post per work to this site letting people know about what you created (note that we may edit it to meet our guidelines, and you can see an example post at this link). We will pass this along on our social media sites, we just also ask that you share a post or two from out sites on your own social media letting people know about the Axiom’s Edge community. If it is just passing along your own promotional post on this site, that is fine. But if you could pass along a link to one of our other posts here, or from CancelledSciFi.com or Cult-SciFi.com or a link to one of our two Reddit forums, r/SciFiScroll and r/SciFiTV, that would be greatly appreciated as well. In addition, if you would like to place an advertisement for your work on the Axiom’s Edge sites, we offer an opportunity for that as well (more info at this link).
2. We would like to promote discussion and debates about science fiction and fantasy, and that will primarily be at our two Reddit forums r/SciFiScroll and r/SciFiTV. We encourage you to put up posts there to engage other sci fi and fantasy fans on topics related to the genre. The only thing on that is we ask that you tone down the politics. There are plenty of places out there to discuss and argue about politics, with those debates getting quite heated and sometimes toxic, so we would like steer away from that. For example, if you want to discuss how shows like Star Trek and Doctor Who have gotten heavy into cultural politics these days, that’s okay, just present good arguments, avoid one-sided diatribes, and remain civil. Threats, insults, and abusive behavior WILL NOT BE TOLERATED on the Axiom’s Edge sites and forums, and posts like that, or individual comments, will be removed if they get out of hand.
3. We are also welcoming writers to this site at this time. If you would like to write reviews, commentaries, retrospectives, news articles, or similar posts on the genre, we would love to hear from you. Submit your articles to axiomsedgescifi@gmail.com, and we will let you know if we are interested in publishing it. We are not paying at this time, but as we build this community with advertising revenue, we will share that with our writers. And independent creators can use this as a means to promote their work. For example, if you want to write a review on a recent movie or TV series or book and also include a blurb about your recent book or comic or Kickstarter campaign, we will include that with the article. This helps us to build up our content while also helping you to get out the word of you creations. We are not accepting fiction at this time, but we are eyeing that as a future area of growth.

This is just the beginning for Axiom’s Edge Sci Fi, and we hope to continue to expand in the coming years.
